Dr Johannes Meyer (Practice Principal) line

Originally from South Africa, Dr Meyer graduated with MBCHB in 1993, before heading off to work in Canada for 9 years in rural emergency medicine. He migrated in 2006 to Australia and has worked in General Practice ever since.

Dr Meyer opened Waterhall Medical Centre in December 2016, shortly followed by the launch of The Esthetic Studio in June 2017. The Esthetic Studio evolved with a firm goal of creating an aesthetic clinic that would focus on delivering, safe and effective treatments proven to get results.

Dr Meyer has always had an appreciation for the aesthetic industry, with a specific interest in non-invasive laser treatments, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and cosmetic injectables.

Dr Meyer is passionate about helping his patients feel confident in their own skin and believes “it’s about looking great for your age, rather than trying to look 10 year’s younger”.

In his spare time, Dr Meyer enjoys playing golf and travelling (to play golf!).
